LFW Adventures!!

Hello everyone!

Sorry again for the lack of posts, I'm just one of those people that cannot multitask to save their lives. Basically when I'm busy trying to be cool and hold back the riot that is me blogging is just not on the radar! However better late than never, myself and a friend of mine were lucky enough to head down to LANDAN to check out LFW. This was a first for me and excited was an understatement. Due to me only taking a small case packing outfits was a struggle to say the least so my outfits weren't exactly wow but boy did others not take their A game. I was completely overwhelmed by the street styling that was shown, I swear us British lot know our style. So once we were there we registered our passes and checked out the Ready to Wear exhibitions, designer look books and got to speak to the staff behind the big names. Honestly I felt so lucky. Plus I took a few cheeky snaps of all the amazing scenes around me. So instead of me blabbing on I'll just leave you guys with some pics :). Oh if you're thinking of heading down BRING FOOD, I literally had no time to eat and hot chocolate was my saviour haha. Plus bring a big jacket even if it means wearing 700000x layers on the flight home, oopsies.

See you all soon
xx

Mono-to-the-Chrome

Hello everyone!

literally scrabbling to put this post up before I leave to work, which is my new life now. All I am doing is working at the moment and to whoever works in retail with me also will understand my pain. Nothing more soul destroying than spending half an hour tidying a sale rale to leave for 5 minutes as the fitting room rail is HUGE, to return to what can only be described as mass destruction.

I finish at 8.30 tonight, I know puke, so have made a plan to head to a new Italian in Union Square with my buddy to help me survive this shift. Actually cannot wait I love Italian food. So this outfit was an amusing one, I take all my photos in my back garden so I can hide from the world and good job too as this shirt, cough, dress was just a tad too short. However having the neighbours that I do they 'suddenly' have a desparate urge to do washing, gardening, laps, sunbathe (even if raining). Its highly embrassing, especially as it was windy that day and oh they got more than they bargained for.

I'm mostly likely going to be a nudist when I'm 70 so I might as well start now anyways. Right moving from this weird rant, I am absolutely digging monochrome it is the easiest thing to wear and can adapt to all occasion casual or if you need to go out and you always look smart. I do love my colour as you probably know but sometimes you just want to look good without trying too hard.  This blazer is one of my favourites because its very cleverly tailored so I look slim, oh yeaaaah. I got it as part of my 21st and its MINE FOREVER. This shirt is great too, thankfully I'm only 5ft and Imma say 1.  So I can technically get off with it, but I will most likely get arrested, worth it.

Hope you have a great week guys.

Looking Like An Extra From the Jungle Book

Hello everyone!

Hope everything is going really good with all of you, sorry again for being stupidly slow on keeping you guys up to date. I guess its just blogger takes so long for just one blogpost. Honestly if you want to keep more updated and faster its much better on instagram mines is chloejade_28.

I have accepted I will not be the 3x a week blogger, those bloggers are Gods, how they do it I have no idea! Never mind the ones that do it everyday. Jeeeez.

This post may have to be a quick one as I have an early shoot I am styling tomorrow and I still haven't decided outfits. Organisation is not my strongest point haha. So this outfit is another Missguided number, its the stuff I bought with the £50 I won. The jacket for a start is VERY loud. Its one of those love it or avoid it ones. Even I struggle to wear it, especially in Aberdeen. You get a lot of funny looks for maybe branching out of the colours black, white or our infamous grey. The quality of the fabric on this blazer is amazeballs and it fits perfectly round my shoulders too which is rare as I'm petite, (dwarf), especially on my top half. It is extremely summery but I think I would still wear it in winter and probably just be a bit crazy and put fur with it too!

Blazer: Missguided £34.99
Dress: Missguided £19.99
Sunglasses: Urban Outfitters £16
Sandals: River Island
Bag: H&M £14.99
Necklaces: Topshop £14 (both)

The dress I can't even explain, my addiction to neon needs to stop, I don't even like it anymore ahaha. I feel like a magpie to it now! Help.Me. But it is a great shape, especially if you're feeling like a whale, IT HIDES EVERYTHING.

I'm still loving my pink hair, Its about as daring as it gets for me when it comes to hair. I've starting getting super excited about LFW. Outfits are already getting planned but I'm planning on packing super light so I need to be SAVVY!

Hope next week is even better for you guys!

See you.
