ALL THE FAUX FUR PLZ

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well and in the full Christmas swing! I am fully recovered finally and with this new found health is a new appreciation of life... not so much, but damn do we realise how much we take our nose for granted when illness strikes. The freedom of breathing right now is such a luxury. Hello pure London air!

Moving swiftly on I have been obsessed with fur as have many. However I am so obsessed that one fur isn't enough, I need two. Welcome my two new babies, fur snow leopard coat and this little stripy ensemble. This may be a bit much for some and I totally understand that but to me, I love it. More is more. Its cosy, its colourful, its playful and its fur. Btw when I say fur I mean faux fur obvi, animal rights and all that.

Both these pieces are from New Look simply because there winter gear has been killing it! Super affordable and feels great, besides the model in their campaign right now looks amazing. If she wears it, I wear it. London is officially freezing and I am heading back up to Aberdeen which is basically Alaska so I need to prep myself emotional and physically with these fur bad boys. The scarf actually looks really nice on leather jackets too! I have been after one of the striped Topshop ones but after seeing them range from £40-£60 I thought better not, I want to eat this week.

Polo: Zara £19.99
Jacket: New Look £45
Scarf: New Look £19.99
Skirt: Zara (old)
Boots: ASOS £45

ALSO if you thought it couldn't get any more ott check out my new booties. WESTERN, check, SNAKE PRINT, check, RAINBOW, check. Basically these boots are the boots of dreams and fit like a glove. They are crazy good quality for the price and the design keeps making people compliment me. Which I loveeeeee.

Right I need to go stuff my face because..well...Food is First, Food is Life.

Have a fabby week see you soon,

12 MORE DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS <3

Fashion: All The Jackets Please

Hello Everyone!

Another fashion post today and these are specifically making me feel worse. I have been struck down with the winter cold and its a b***h. Only yesterday I was perfectly healthy taking ootd photos and putting up festive decorations. Today, nearly fainting on the tube and going through tissues like they are air. My poor little nose. I am the worst ill person btw, all I do is moan and feel sorry for myself. I wish I could be that brave person that soldiers on, buuuuuut I ain't. Somebody hold me!

Also I got an ASOS delivery with the most amazing boots in it but thats for another post.... For this post is mostly about my two new jazzy jackets. First up is this amazing camel wonder of dreams. Its a really cosy wrap jacket that feels like I have just walked out the house in my dressing gown but isn't too hot that I can't breathe. It also has that oversized feel that I do enjoy. Also I got it for such a bargain it was £65 but during Black Friday I managed to snap it up for £42 whoop! The grey jacket underneath I got on Saturday at  H&M outlet for £20, I know I have been so lucky this year and its a tweed esque biker. The kind of thing you would easily find ASOS Isabella wearing but only £60 more expensive.

Camel coat: Dorothy Perkins £65 = £42
Grey Jacket: H&M £39.99 = £20
Polo neck: Zara £19.99
Trousers: Missguided £25
Shoes: Missguided £29.99
Bag: Topshop £22
Pom: Topshop £6

And no I haven't cut my hair I just really enjoy tucking it in when its gail force winds outside! I also am in love with downsizing at the moment. Not my clothes, I wish, besides I do love wearing a tent. But my bag, I got rid of my massive bag and have started only taking the 'essentials' out with me. So mostly makeup. This wee burgundy baby is beaut, its a mock croc effect and I attached the pom pom to stop me looking too sophisticated, I mean really who am I trying to kid? Some weird hipster dude beside a pub last week did scream at me that he liked my pom....It may have been the drink talking but I am still taking it.

I am literally so unbelievably festive its scary, I've even dug out the old xmas candles, lights and mini tree, next stop GROTTO. For now though, I am about to dive head first into a bed of tissues.

See you

Fashion: All The Warm Tones Please

Hello everyone!

WHY HAS IT SUDDENLY BECOME A DEATHLY SIBERIAN FREEZER OUTSIDE?

(moved on)

So a little life update for you, I am completely in looooove with my new job, like actually obsessed. I even get excited on Sunday nights. I know. I know. But I do, even when I get home from work all I do is think about it. Which is good and bad as it means I never switch off. I do however feel incredibly lucky to be given such an opportunity to love what you do. I work with cosmetics now which has heavily influenced my blog hence all the makeup posts! Fashion will forever and always be my number one though, which is why HURRAH, today I finally shot some blog outfit photos. Which is a hell of a lot harder to do than a simple makeup photo. For one you have to actually go outside. Eww.

I must admit having recently come back from Florida I am ridiculously underprepared for winter. I feel like I was at living it large at the beach one moment then rushed to the cold harsh rush hour tube life. Which means my clothing is stuck in sunny beach life also. At the moment these photos are a reflection of what I've been hiding in. Jumpers and trousers, not very original but not quite a onesie so I'm doing good. Pushing boundaries etc. I definitely need to stock up on some more winter gear as life without hats and scarfs is not ideal.

Jacket: Primark £25
Blazer: Topshop £45
Jumper: ASOS £18
Trousers: Missguided £25
Trainers: ASOS £15
Bag: New Look £17
Rings: Multipack H&M £8

These silky bad boys are from ASOS and I absolutely fell for the colour and texture of the trousersjust need the suit jacket to match... I am a complete short ass though and these fit amazing so maybe one to watch for my taller sisters out there. Speaking of ASOS, these funky princess unicorn style trainers are from there too! Honestly haven't left my feet since first purchase. Some people love em, some hate em.

Overall warm tones are life and I need more of them in my life, including a more practical winter coat, let me know if you have any good suggestions on where to buy one that isn't £10889675.

Have a FABULOUS week guys!
